Brief nutritional advice is included in personal training sessions, but if you’re finding that your stuck and cannot seem to make any progress a nutritional consultation is highly recommended.
We can sit down for 45mins and discuss in detail what you should be fuelling your body with each day, I will then provide you with specific tips and tools to help your unique situation and life style.
I also offer how to cook sessions in your own home, shopping trips to learn exactly what to buy and where to shop plus I also offer home clear outs which involve me ransacking your pantry and removing unhealthy items.
