Kensington personal training is the fastest way for you to achieve your goals, it doesn’t matter what they may be we cater for everything such as fat loss, muscular increase (toning), rehabilitation from injury, sports specific training or just general fitness.
Each session is run out of a private Kensington studio, always tailored to your needs and fitness level, and can include any of the following training methods;
Strength & Conditioning
Thera-bands & Foam Roller
Olympic style lifting & plyometric work.
Cardio – Mostly interval based work.
If you are not ready to invest in 1 on 1 personal training just yet we also provide other options. Why not grab a friend or two and book in a 2 on 1 and 3 on 1 session? Having an extra person or two helps to share the cost and reduce your weekly out lay. Sessions are still tailored to your individual goals and needs.
All personal training includes basic nutritional advice and guidance, plus regular measurements and tracking to help keep you motivated and on the right path. Our training staff are always very supportive and aware of your skill level, if you have any questions please let us know.

2 on 1 – $35 per person – $70 total
3 on 1 – $25 per person – $75 total
1 on 1 – $60
2 on 1 – $45 per person – $90 total
3 on 1 – $35 per person – $105 total
