This is our main area of expertise. We can provide help with your recovery from most injuries all the way to assisting with the correction of postural deficiencies. Most people will have some slight postural issues, due to being seated and using a computer all day.
It is conducted as part of a tailored Personal Training program and is the most effective 1 on 1 within the studio environment. But that said we can also workout outside in the fresh air as well.
We work along side your allied health professional, doctor or surgeon in order to ensure you don’t injure yourself again or make your condition worse. Regular communication between your recovery team well help you to get back to normal in the most sustainable way.
