Functional Bootcamp
You may have heard this called many names, and the way we run it here at Brooke Fitness pretty much covers them all. Each session will be different from the last, using many different training techniques and equipment to achieve a long lasting result.
Using techniques such as HIIT, Tabata, Circuits, Challenges, Games and Testing. We always try to keep the classes functional and fun. At the end of the class you should have had a full body workout including not only cardio but also a decent amount of resistance training as well.
This class is designed for all fitness levels so no matter where you are at in your fitness journey or what your goal is this class will challenge you.
Classes are capped at 12 to ensure you still get that personalised service from the trainer. They are also run outside with options for wet weather as well.
Boxing
This is group fitness at its best, fun, functional, effective and very easy to get into. Not to mention a fantastic way to blow of some steam. You don’t need to have done boxing before, nor will you ever need to set foot in a ring. It has just the right balance between traditional technique and boxing for fitness.
With a strong cardio focus by the way of boxing combinations and body weight strength training, this class is ideal for any fitness goal or training program. It will get you going and push you just that right amount.
Bringing a friend or partner along is always great for even numbers but not essential as you will be paired with someone of a similar build and fitness level.
